M/28/5'8" [206lbs > 148lbs = 60lbs] 5 months of weight loss, 6 months of maintance. Ive been overweight since I was 8yo (thanks mom and dad), it feels surreal to be "normal". I see lots of awesome looking people whom are shorter and heavier, yet slimmer than me. Any help with that?
