From 313lbs to 230lbs

The Workout Routine

HolyTrousers had never really been to the gym before he started working out, but he did play a lot of rugby. His typical back day included Hyper extensions (4 sets, 20 reps), deadlifts (4 sets, 6-8 reps), T-bar rows (4 sets, 6-8 reps), weighted pull-ups (4 sets, 10-15 reps), Wide grip lat pulldowns (4 sets, 6-8 reps), and Bent over rows (4 sets, 8-12 reps).

The Diet

HolyTrousers followed a very strict low-calorie diet to achieve his weight loss goal. He mentioned in the comments that he did not train abs or anything like that, and his stomach flattened up through that process.
