M/34/5'10 [225 > 200 = 25] (4 mnth) 3 Kids under 5. I feel amazing but seem to have plateaued and am struggling with not seeing results. CICO, Running, Inline Skating, Squash 3-5x a week + HIIT class 3 days a week. No alcohol Sunday-Thurs. Open to suggestions on how to break through!
