Starting Out on the Journey

With a starting weight of 330lbs at 5'10", ChefBoiArmeez00 was fed up with being overweight. His lifestyle change was motivated by his revamped mentality, putting his physical health and mental wellbeing first. Starting with small changes each day, he found that he was doing more and more as he felt better and better.

Intermittent Fasting and HIIT Workouts

For the first 20 months of his journey, he did Intermittent Fasting, which involved only eating from 2-8 pm. He also incorporated a lot of HIIT workouts every week to burn the calories. He found success in following the Body Project workouts on YouTube, which helped him lose his first 60-80lbs.

Weight Training and Consistency

After losing the initial weight, ChefBoiArmeez00 incorporated weight training 6 times a week with 30 minutes of cardio and 1 hour of weight training targeted for different muscle groups. He consistently switched his weight training so he wouldn't get too comfortable. His success came from consistency, and he recommends starting with a simple HIIT workout a day.

Foodwise Struggles

The biggest struggle ChefBoiArmeez00 faced was with food. He tried to consume at least 180g of protein and go low-carb, using protein supplements to fill the gap. With his weight loss successes, he became more aware of his calorie intake and didn't want to slip up. He recommends taking it one day at a time and to not be too hard on yourself.

Final Thoughts and Tips

ChefBoiArmeez00's weight loss journey is a testament to taking things one day at a time, being consistent, and not being too hard on yourself. Believe in the process and start simple with small things each day. Focusing on mental health and putting one's health first are keys to success in weight loss.
