F/28/5’5 [210 > 129 = 81 lost] (took about 12 months to lose the weight initially without working out. Added workouts when the pandemic started, about 24 months in between last two photos) Been a little too self critical lately. Sometimes it’s nice to look back and see how far you’ve come.

A woman who goes by the Reddit handle progresspics has shared her inspiring weight-loss journey with the online community. The 28-year-old, who is 5'5, started her journey weighing 210 pounds. Through a combination of diet and exercise, she was able to lose 81 pounds over the course of 12 months. She added workouts to her routine when the pandemic started and has now reached her goal weight of 129 pounds, 24 months after she started her journey.
