M/32/6'3" [290lbs > 234lbs = 56lbs] (5 months) I've always dealt with Body Dysmorphia my whole life. This side view is wildd. Eating pescatarian, working out consistently, & getting better quality sleep has really helped. Still working but not bad for 5 months progress.. 🙌
