For this Reddit user, the turning point came after seeing a photo of themselves and being shocked by how much weight they had gained. From there, they made the commitment to make a change.

The Journey Begins

Like many people, the Reddit user began their weight loss journey by making small changes to their diet and exercise habits. They started tracking their calories, cutting out junk food and sugar, and incorporating more whole foods and vegetables into their meals. They also began walking regularly and joined a gym to start strength training.

The Struggles

Despite their initial progress, the Reddit user encountered many obstacles along the way. They experienced setbacks and plateaus, and struggled with motivation and self-discipline. However, instead of giving up, they turned to the Reddit community for support and encouragement, sharing their ups and downs and receiving tips and advice from others going through similar journeys.

The Successes

Over time, the Reddit user's hard work began to pay off. They lost weight, gained strength and confidence, and developed healthier habits that became second nature. And most importantly, be kind to yourself and know that you are capable of achieving your goals.
