F/27/5’2” [227>178 = 49] (72 months) 6 year difference. I’m 1 lb away from a total loss of 50lbs. I got to between 190/195 and got complacent for a long time. Now I’m striving for my goal of 130. Recently lost 15 lbs in 12 weeks.
