The Secret of Her Gainz

Chelsea's secret was a combination of a clean bulk and heavy weights. While she liked to switch up her routine, she did the same exercises for at least two weeks before making any changes. Exercises she liked for lower body included hip thrusts, b-stance dumbbell RDLs, lunges, leg extensions, dumbbell hamstring curls, and heel elevated squats. For core, she stuck to bodyweight exercises, and cable crunches were her favorite.

Her Favorite Upper Body Exercises

Chelsea shared her favorite upper body exercises on request. She said she loved doing rows, decline pullovers, rear delt flys, lat pulldowns, face pulls, and pull-ups for pull day. On push day, she did decline, regular and incline presses, arnold presses, seated presses, floor presses, tricep overhead/kickbacks and lat/front raise. Her abs routine included crunches, side crunches, leg raises, Russian twists, knee tucks to opposite knee, windshield wipers, lemon squeezers, v-ups, sit-ups, penguins with a 5-10lb weight, and planks.

Her Diet Plan

Chelsea's diet included yogurt, egg whites, granola, peanut butter, pineapple, and bananas for breakfast, chicken, rice, and kale for lunch, and chicken, yogurt, bread, pineapple, apple, and snacks of chicken and apples throughout the day. She also shared her calorie goals, eating 4500 calories for bulking, 3700 calories for maintenance, and 3000 calories for cutting.
