The journey of 'Bigcheez47

Bigcheez47 spent many years struggling with his weight. He had a few significant weight losses but always ended up gaining the weight back. However, a few years ago, as he was pounding a family-size bag of Reese's cups, he had a lightbulb moment. 'Bigcheez47' finally realized that his relationship with sugar was identical to his addiction to drugs and alcohol. He had been abusing substances, including food, for years, and he had to break free from this cycle. This realization was monumental for his weight loss journey.

PTSD and Weight Loss

Bigcheez47 also suffers from PTSD and childhood trauma. In his years of sobriety and recovery from drugs and alcohol, he learned to love himself and his innermost self. His critical voices and negative self-messaging used to run pretty high, but through his trauma recovery work, he learned to be gentle, caring, and nurturing with himself. Finally, he started to see fitness, healthy weight, and exercise not as something that defined his worth, but instead as instruments which further led to developing a real love for himself.

A Direction of Health for the Mind, Body, and Spirit

Bigcheez47's current life and routines all revolve around a central theme of investing in himself, not from a standpoint of validation, but more from a place of love and caring. His mental, spiritual, and physical fitness all supplement each other beautifully. He acknowledges that he will continue to face challenging obstacles and unforeseen hurdles on this path, but he has a deep caring for himself now that sometimes replaces that critical inner voice. Bigcheez47's approach is to meet himself, his beautiful, loved, worthy self, exactly where he is, set realistic expectations, and put one foot in front of the other.

Maintaining Weight Loss

Bigcheez47 admits that weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight were always goals of his since childhood, but the long term results have never been achieved, or even felt truly achievable until he combined and actively worked in a direction of health for his mental, spiritual, and physical fitness simultaneously. The strategy that he recommends includes acknowledging one's substance abuse and getting help, loving and nurturing oneself, understanding that mental and physical health are connected, and adopting a sustainable approach to exercise and healthy eating.

Conclusion

Bigcheez47's story is an example of someone who chose to transform his entire life and maintain the new way of life. He has transformed himself from an overweight, sugar-addicted person into a healthy, fit, and loving person. Although his strategy may not work for everyone, his story can certainly inspire others to take control of their lives and achieve any goal they set their mind to.
