VGKNV's Struggles and Successes in Achieving Her Weight Goals

VGKNV's journey to a healthier lifestyle was not without its struggles. She started at 172lbs and was able to lose 20lbs through CICO, cardio, and weight training, getting down to 152lbs. However, she stopped practicing CICO and focused on marathon training instead. She eventually finished the marathon but noticed her weight starting to creep up. She then shifted her focus to heavy weight training, and her weight ramped up to 164lbs.

CICO and Cardio - Losing 20 lbs

VGKNV's initial weight loss journey was fueled by tracking her calories with CICO and incorporating cardio and weight training into her routine. She was able to reach her lowest weight of 152lbs through consistent effort and discipline. However, she found it hard to keep up with tracking her calories as she went on marathon training, causing her weight to go up again.

Marathon Training and Heavy Weight Training - Changing Weight Goals

VGKNV shifted to marathon training and stopped practicing CICO as she transitioned into training. Her weight still went up, and it continued to climb as she shifted to heavy weight training. VGKNV shifted her goals from losing weight to improving her body composition and overall health. Her weight stabilized at 164lbs, but VGKNV didn't feel discouraged; instead, she took progress photos that showed her real progress.
