F/30/5’4 [306lbs > 137Ibs = 169lbs] I haven’t posted an update in a while. I’ve managed to stay between 135-140 for eight months now after losing more than 160 pounds. I had WLS in November 2020, but getting diagnosed/medicated for my ADHD has been a huge factor in keeping it off.
