Length of the journey

Good-Luck-714 had been trying to lose weight since 2011. Over the years, she had bounced around a lot between the high 190s and 215lbs. After having two children in 2016 and 2019, she weighed 180lbs. However, it was just before quarantine in 2020 when she restarted her weight loss journey. The last 50lbs took two years, with the first year spent exercising for weight loss, and the second year spent working out for muscle building purposes.

The exercise routine

Good-Luck-714 achieved her weight loss through a combination of HIIT and weightlifting workouts. HIIT is high-intensity interval training that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less intense activity for recovery. It is highly efficient at burning calories while maintaining lean muscle mass. Along with HIIT, weightlifting is ideal as it helps build muscles and burn calories both during and after exercise.

The diet

Good-Luck-714 also adopted a keto diet, which is a low-carb, high-fat diet. Her diet focused on fatty proteins, such as beef, chicken, fish, and eggs.
