F/29/5'7" [339lbs > 189lbs = 150lbs] Celebrating 150 lbs lost in just over 2 years! Now getting uncomfortable and training on the treadmill for my 1st race (5k color run) I eat a keto diet and fast daily. I am a different person both inside/out. So happy to be at my healthiest and feeling my best!
