F/25/5'8 [142lbs > 144lbs] (1 month 3 weeks). I've always been thin but over the past year I've suffered with GI issues which has meant I'm constantly bloated. Decided to start weight lifting to improve my body composition having never worked out before. This is my 7 week progress
