F/27/5’2”[192 lbs > 141 lbs=51] I’ve maintained 130-135 lbs for a couple years, but the scale is tipping up now. I did put on some muscle earlier this year, but I injured myself so mostly walking/yoga at the moment. Trying to remind myself of how far I’ve come, and putting less value on the scale.
