Introduction

One man's weight loss journey on Reddit has inspired many. He went from 245lbs to 205lbs and is now aiming for 185-190lbs. His main tool? Exercise.

Finding Motivation

Exercise is rarely fun when its forced. Our Reddit user felt that way for a while but then he found what worked. He tried kickboxing and after only one session, he felt revitalized. He felt like he had a new hobby and it felt good.

Consistency is Key
