M/35/6’1” [330lbs > 225lbs =105lbs] (3 years) This didn’t happen quickly, it’s been a slew of ups and downs and swings of 40lbs at times with setbacks. But I’ve still got my eye on the prize: lean and fit at 205 lbs. I’m coming for everything the world told me I couldn’t have.
