F/23/5’1 [220>141 = 79lbs] lost the bulk of it from april-december 2019, ending up around 156. still 100% struggle with seeing a big difference visually (ty body dysmorphia <3) but the health aspect is all that truly matters. I would love to lose another 20 to hit that 100lb goal though 👀
