F/30/5’7” [180lbs>165lbs] 20 vs 30. I’m playing the long game lol. 10 years of trying to be a healthier me. I wish i would have tracked body fat + muscle progress throughout these years. My body is a yo-yo but i can say that my legs are now tree trunks. Whoever needs to hear this… keep going.
