Starting at 139lbs

When klousGT started his weight journey, he weighed in at just under 140lbs. He felt that his thin frame was limiting his athletic potential and wanted to make a change. KlousGT knew that he didn't want to put on weight too quickly and that he needed to be patient in order to see results.

Year-long Progress

Over the course of a year, klousGT gained 19lbs of muscle. He was diligent about going to the gym and made sure to consume enough protein to support his workouts. The key to his success was his slow and steady approach. He knew that gaining weight too quickly could cause health issues and set him back in the long run.

Lessons Learned

KlousGT learned many valuable lessons during his weight-gaining journey. He realized that consistency is key, and that small, sustainable changes can add up over time. He also learned that listening to your body is important. If you're feeling burnt out or injured, it's okay to take a step back and re-evaluate your approach.

Inertia Creeps

KlousGT's closing remark on his progress was 'Inertia creeps' - meaning that if you keep moving forward, even if it's slowly, you'll eventually get to where you want to be. This mentality can be applied to any aspect of life, including weight gain or loss. Don't give up if you feel like you're not seeing immediate results. Stick to your plan and you'll eventually get there.

Try It Out for Yourself

KlousGT's story is a testament to the power of patience and consistency. If you're looking to make changes in your own weight and fitness journey, take inspiration from klousGT's example. Start small, stay consistent, and listen to your body. With time and effort, you can reach your goals just like klousGT did.
