M/22/6’0” [375lbs > 288lbs 87lbs ] 6 months. Left pic is me first day at the gym after 2-3 months of dieting. Right pic is me today doing 5/6 days per week weight lifting and some cardio here and there. Still a very long way to go for me but progress is progress.
