M/27/6’0 [253lbs > 147lbs = 106 lbs lost] I’ve been spending a lot of time doing abdominal workouts to try to minimize the appearance of my loose skin. The scale is reading 2lbs higher than normal (up from 145) and it’s VERY difficult not to react and start restricting what I eat.
