M/34/6’1” [262 lbs > 236 lbs =26 lbs] (2 months) Getting much leaner with increased protein and resistance training. Differences may look subtle here but the way I feel is substantially better. It’s hard learning to love yourself but I’m figuring it out. Goal is 195-205 depending on how I feel.
