Babylunatic had always been thin growing up, until she was put on medication that made her overeat. However, she didn't let this stop her from starting on her weight loss journey.

Exercising and Fasting

Babylunatic exercised by walking on the walking trails near her house every chance she got. She also fasted on just water from time to time to help with her weight loss. These were crucial steps that helped her lose weight effectively.

Counting Calories

Another important factor behind Babylunatic's journey was to count her calories. This allowed her to keep track of her calorie intake and set a daily target, which she aimed to stick to regularly. This helped her monitor her progress and make adjustments accordingly.

Achieving Great Results

Babylunatic's hard work paid off when she lost around 63 lbs over the course of a year. Even though her goal weight is 120 lbs, she's currently at 157 lbs and looking great. Her dedication is a testament to the fact that weight loss is achievable with consistency and effort.
