M/26/5’4 [121lbs > 167lbs] Age 19 to 26. It’s been a long journey for me and I’m very happy with where I’m at. From smoking cigarettes and having a bad diet to quitting and eating semi healthy. Haven’t done any bodybuilding competitions, this is just turned into a hobby of mine.
