F/32/5’1” [150>141.8=8lbs lost] I’ve been weightlifting for about 197 days, I’ve only lost 8lbs but i’ve gained muscle, confidence, tone, and I’m proud of sticking with this and continuing to create a strong body i’ve still got weight to lose but here is a post for me in the future i’m halfway.
