M/23/5ā€™10ā€ [177lbs > 163lbs = 14lbs] (Not sure how much weight I lost since that was not my goal) But 3 months of going to the gym and skipping fast food. Still no idea what Iā€™m doing so any suggestions would be appreciated:)

This individual is a 23-year-old male who is 5'10 tall. He started going to the gym and skipping fast food 3 months ago and has lost 14lbs since then. He was not originally trying to lose weight, but is happy with the results. He is still new to working out and would appreciate any suggestions.
