SillySuccotash47, a 26-year-old mother of two, posted an inspiring weight loss journey on reddit. She shared how after having her second child, her weight plateaued at 168 pounds for several months. Despite exercising pre-pregnancy and during her first postpartum phase, the baby weight didn't fall off like it did the first time around.

At four months postpartum, SillySuccotash47 started doing Beachbody workouts five times a week and making better food choices. She lost 15 pounds in two months, but the last 18 pounds didn't come off until she stumbled across CICO (calories in, calories out).

For the next four months, SillySuccotash47 started doing one hour of cardio per day, strength training three times a week, and tracking her calories. As a result, she lost the remaining weight and is now down to 135lbs, 33lbs less than her starting weight.

SillySuccotash47 feels stronger and healthier now, thanks to her new habits. She shares that her favorite exercise is weightlifting and she makes up her own routines using her favorite exercises to make it more fun for her.

SillySuccotash47's weight loss journey serves as a source of inspiration for mothers who are struggling to lose weight postpartum. She used a combination of Beachbody workouts, traditional cardio, strength training, and tracking her calories to achieve her goals. Her journey shows that with dedication, consistency, and determination, anything is possible.
