Keto for 13 months

The woman followed the keto diet for 13 months and has seen remarkable results. She went from 250lbs to 188lbs. She explains that her goal weight is 145lbs, but that may change when she gets there. Readers are encouraged to remember that not everyone looks great when they are skinny- skinny.

Small Goals Count Too

The woman suggests that readers who are starting on their weight loss journey should set small goals. This helps them avoid the feelings of frustraition that come with not losing weight fast enough. Goals of losing 10lbs at a time are large enough to make a difference, but not so large that they become unattainable. Remembering to celebrate these small milestones keeps you motivated to push on.

Exercise in Moderation

The woman also highlights the importance of exercise. Though she wasn't able to exercise all the time throughout her journey, she was no stranger to movement. Softball matches and batting cages provided her with sufficient physical activity to improve her overall health. Walking also helped her to get some cardio without breaking a sweat.

One commenter noted the importance of sticking to it, while others congratulate the woman for her progress. It's clear that stories like these motivate people to keep trying to lose weight, and it's the small victories that keep us moving forward.
