Starting from July 2020 with inconsistencies, this user became more consistent about a year ago, leading to a remarkable transformation from 160lbs to 185lbs. While still feeling unsatisfied and having insecurities, the user acknowledges that these are part of the process in achieving a more significant body improvement.

The Benefits of Consistency In The Workout Regime

Consistency is crucial in the user's journey towards weight gain. While the transformation didn't happen overnight, slowly but surely, with the right attitude, effort, and discipline, the user was able to witness remarkable results. The user now encourages people to try things out for themselves and be disciplined in striving towards their physical transformation goals.

Long-term Goals

Although the user has already achieved tremendous progress, they remain dedicated to the process and have set their sights on a long-term goal of being a lean 200lbs+. While the journey may be long, the user continues to move forward in trying to achieve this by maintaining a disciplined workout regime.

The Importance of Not Comparing Yourself to Others

While it may be tempting to compare oneself to others, especially those who may have accomplished more, the user warns against such a thing. Instead, they focus on their achievements so far, comparing themselves only to themselves. The user also acknowledges the importance of a healthy and proper workout regime that DOES NOT include performance-enhancing drugs.

Words of Encouragement

The user reminds us that body transformations, as with most things in life, require patience, discipline, and the right attitude. It's a journey that can be challenging and frustrating, but it's achievable if one maintains a disciplined approach towards a well-balanced and healthy workout regime. So, trust the process, start small, be consistent, and over time you too can achieve your fitness goals!
