F/47/5’0 [215 lbs > 137 lbs = 78 lbs lost] (18 months) Weight has been the same for 6 months, but been focusing on body recomp for about 3 months now! Very happy with my progress so far! I look smaller, but have gained muscle for sure! All done with home workouts and dumbbells!
