M/21/6’1” [298lbs > 195lbs = 103 lbs] (12 months) I’ve stayed at my current weight for over six months, the lowest weight I’ve been since elementary school. I still want to lose 15-20 more pounds, but until I make some more lifestyle changes, I’m happy with how far I’ve made it!
