In 2018, a man who goes by the reddit handle progresspics weighed 150 pounds and stands at 5'6. Four years later, in 2022, the man has gained 19 pounds and now weighs 169 pounds. He's posted pictures of himself from both years, wearing the same shirt, to show his progress. He's happy with the results and says that progress pictures are a huge motivator.
