Exercise Routine

Vilanga's fitness routine involved weightlifting, swimming, and walking. He engaged in these activities regularly, walking three times a week, and also worked on his endurance to build up to running for longer periods of time. The combination of exercises helps burn calories as well as build muscle mass.

Diet Changes

To lose weight, Vilanga focused on a calorie deficit diet. Although he admits he's not good at counting calories, he tried to limit his daily intake to an average of 2500 calories per day. He also made changes to his food choices and reduced the amount of junk food he consumed. For instance, he opted for healthier choices such as chicken, brown rice, salads, and protein shakes as his meals or snacks.
