M/30/5'10 Sees Little Changes After 13 Weeks of Resistant Training and Walking

M/30/5'10 [310lb > 292lb =18lb] a little over 13 weeks loss doing resistant training everyday for 1 hour and walking 10k steps everyday apart from sundays starting to see little changes definatly looking forward to my journey to getting fitter though

The individual in the picture is a male who is 5'10 tall. He started his journey at 310lbs and is currently at 292lbs, losing a total of 18lbs. He does resistance training for one hour every day, and walks 10,000 steps every day except for Sundays. He is seeing little changes, but is looking forward to his journey to getting fitter.
