F/21/5’5” [145 > 130 = -15lb] NSFW 5lbs to my goal weight! Not a huge difference but I feel a lot more comfortable and my clothes fit better than ever! Always thought I was one of those people that just “couldn’t lose weight no matter what” after years of crash diets. Thanks IF & OMAD :)
