Cico Principles Help Man Lose 125Lbs in 2.5 Years

This man has made an incredible transformation, losing 125lbs over 2.5 years following the CICO principle. He's managed to keep the weight off for most of 2021 by being intuitive with his eating and regularly weighing in, and has even taken up endurance running in the process!
