M/37/5'6 [215lbs> 190lbs = 25lbs] It's been a while since my last post on here. Just got over being sick this last week, so it’s been a bit of a struggle to get back in the flow of things. It’s a new year, however, so we’re going to try and get in better shape in the next 6 months. Wish me luck!
