M/18/5'11" [278 lbs > 204 lbs] 10 months. Been busy working after graduating from high school, still trying to maintain 16/8 fasting but a little off the track, to tackle the problem, I started running after work, for like 5 km, 2 times a week. And do weight training on day-offs.
