M/20/5’7” [183lb to 152lb] (6 months) I cut back on the snacking and started eating a bit healthier. I used resistance bands, 25lb dumbbells and did a ton of pushups. I also did cardio 2x a week, walking/jogging for 30 to 40 mins. I will continue this fitness journey for life!
