M/27/6’0 [253 > 145 = 108lbs lost] In the last year I’ve been focusing a lot more on eating better and working out consistently. Obviously, the extra skin isn’t going anywhere unless I opt for surgery but I do feel like there’s been some progress in the definition of my abdominal region.
