F/31/5'10 [200lbs > ~185lbs = ~15lbs] Slow progress is better than no progress! I had to stop weighing because the scale was messing with my head. I've put on a lot of muscle since starting to lift 6 months ago. I can't wait to see the gains I will make in 1 year!
