F/27/5’4” [270lbs > 140lbs = 130lbs lost] (12 months) I had Gastric Sleeve surgery one year ago. It was the greatest health decision of my life! It's had its ups and downs, but mainly ups! I no longer have high blood pressure, sleep apnea or constant swelling and my self confidence is SOARING! 😀
