F/31/5’3” [240>184 = 56lbs] 11mnth progress w/15lb muscle gain. I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome with lipoedema, and I never dreamt this body was possible. No goal weight as this is a life change!

This person has made a lot of progress in the last 11 months, losing 56lbs and gaining 15lbs of muscle. They have a condition called Ehlers Danlos syndrome, which makes it difficult to lose weight, but they have persevered and made an amazing transformation. They are very proud of their progress and are motivated to keep going.
