Introduction

For elyzsa, the journey towards a healthier lifestyle has not been easy. Having been borderline diabetic, a binge eater and a non-exerciser, she decided to make a change. Over 3 years, she managed to lose 60lbs through a combination of healthier eating habits, exercise and sobering up.

Course of Action

elyzsa started with small changes, managing her blood sugar and being more mindful of what she ate. She pointed out that it was not easy and that she still struggles with limiting her consumption. However, after much persistence and motivation, she managed to incorporate exercising three times a week into her routine.
