No-Sky-529, a 47 year old man, lost 30 pounds in 6 six months through eating right and weightlifting, all without any specific goals in mind.

Eating Right

In response to a comment, No-Sky-529 clarified that he simply cut out sugar and reduced his food intake. He didn't specifically count calories or calculate his macro ratios. Instead, No-Sky-529 tried to eat more high protein, complex carbs, and green vegetables.

Hitting the Weights

No-Sky-529 started hitting the weights in July after eating right since May. While he didn't have any specific fitness goals in mind, he found that lifting weights made him feel better and gave him more energy.

Results

The results speak for themselves. No-Sky-529 lost 30 pounds and looks fantastic. But the best part of his journey was feeling like he had more energy and overcoming the pandemic doldrums.
