Male Loses 42 Pounds in 8 Months by Intermittent Fasting and Omad Diet

This man has lost 42lbs in 8 months by doing OMAD (one meal a day) and 16:8 fasting (16 hours of fasting followed by 8 hours of eating). He is wondering if it is ok to start working out now that he has lost the weight.
