F/27/5’2 [128lbs > 110lbs = 18lbs] Motivational Monday! Posting here because I was pretty off track last week for the first time in a long time. The holidays starting and work stress have been getting to me. But it’s a new week and I’m ready to get back on track with lifting and eating right!
