M/30/6’2 [243lbs to 225lbs] (1,5 years transformation) - Right to left lockdown(left) June (mid) was 215lbs in June. 2-3weeks ago (right) I’m slowly but steady going back up in weight, but not “dirty bulk” this time. Trying to put on some good lean mass. Hopefully 230-240 in January.
